CHEVY 350 ROD 5.700 FLAT TOP 7CC 2V KB SINGLE HYPER PISTON

The United Engine & Machine Co KB120.STD is a set of 8 pistons designed for performance applications. Constructed from hypereutectic aluminum (390 alloy), these pistons are heat-treated to T6 standards, offering 30% greater strength than untreated hypereutectics. They feature CNC-machined crowns, a high upper compression-ring location, gas-accumulator grooves, drilled oil returns, and spiral-lock retainer grooves.

These pistons have a lightweight, rigid-rib skirt design that stabilizes them in the bore. This construction results in a tighter fit, improved oil control, reduced blow-by, increased ring life, and elimination of cold start-up knocking. They are designed for stock stroke engines with a 4.000 in. bore and a 5.700 in. rod length, featuring a flat-top piston style with two valve reliefs and a +7.00cc piston head volume. The included wrist pins are press-fit or floating with a 0.927 in. diameter. Piston ring thickness is 5/64 in. x 5/64 in. x 3/16 in.
