Description

The KB Performance SKB106L.030 is a hypereutectic piston designed for GM V6 and V8 engines. It features a flat top with two valve reliefs and a 4.030 in. bore size.

Constructed from 390 aluminum alloy and heat-treated to T6 standards, these pistons are 30 percent stronger than untreated hypereutectics. They include a high upper compression-ring location, gas-accumulator groove, drilled oil returns, and spiral-lock retainer grooves. The rigid-rib skirt design helps stabilize the piston in the bore.
