SCAT's Pro Series Lightweight Crankshafts are manufactured from non-twist, single plane 4340 forgings. They feature straight shot and chamfered oil holes, large radii on all journals, lightening holes in all rod journals, and aero wing counterweights. These crankshafts are precision ground, heat treated, and nitrided for superior wear resistance, designed for Chevrolet Big Block 454 engines with a 2-piece rear main seal.
