These Wiseco Professional Series -20cc Dome Pistons are designed for building Chevy/Pontiac 5.7L LS motors. They feature valve pocket designs for maximum airflow around oversized valves and high lift cams, piston crown shapes to promote maximum intake charge efficiency, and piston domes for optimal quench during compression/combustion, leading to increased resistance to detonation and preignition. The pistons also incorporate Wiseco’s new ArmorGlide skirt coating for minimized friction, maximum horsepower, and improved wear resistance. This results in longer engine life, increased horsepower potential, maximum ring seal, minimized blow-by and oil consumption, and better ring seal to reduce noise from piston rock.
