Overview

This JE Pistons set features dedicated forgings, specially designed valve pockets, unique dome and crown designs, optimized skirt profiles, and precision machined ring grooves. Many pistons in this line also include dome brushing, skirt coatings (ArmorGlide™ for seizure resistance, friction reduction, and quieter operation), gas ports, and advanced ring packages. Designed for high boost and nitrous applications, these late model EFI line pistons for Chevrolet LS-based platforms are engineered to run quietly on the street with extended lifetime. Made from 2618 High Strength Alloy, they feature a fully machined crown and precision ring grooves.
