The Choate Engineering Performance 6.6L LB7/LLY piston set for 2001-2005 Duramax engines features Polyphen Coated Tops for thermal barrier, de-lipped fuel bowls to correct fuel spray and prevent hot spots, and flycut valve reliefs to eliminate piston-to-valve interference with performance cams. The kit includes 8 high-strength pistons with ceramic coated tops, non-coated skirts, 8 pins, and 16 locks, along with a complete ring set.
