The Choate Performance Engineering 6.6L 2006-2007 Duramax LBZ Short Block Daily Driver Diesel Crate Engine is a fully remanufactured unit with new pistons, lifters, oil pumps, and sensors. It is designed for spirited daily driving and consumer-level towing, rated for 500+ HP capability. The engine includes a cylinder block, keyed crankshaft, steel connecting rods, camshaft, new pistons, new harmonic balancer, new flex plate (flywheel not included for manual builds), new main/rod/cam bearings, main bolts, lifters, new freeze plugs, oil pump, and upper/lower oil pans. Gaskets and seals for the rear cover, front cover, rear main seal, and front main seal are included.
