Overview

Action Clutch Chromoly Lightweight Flywheels are designed for both street and race applications. They offer low weight, low inertia, and high thermal capacity, resulting in better engine response. Made from durable one-piece billet chromoly steel or chromoly steel forgings, these flywheels are heat-treated for extreme durability and can be resurfaced multiple times. They have been tested up to 18,000 RPM. Note that using a lightweight flywheel may introduce some gear rattle due to the reduction in rotational mass.

Our Chromoly Lightweight Flywheels stand up to extreme use and have increased durability through our heat treatment process. Action Clutch Chromoly Lightweight Flywheels have been tested up to 18,000 RPM, so they can truly last. You'll get low weight, superior engine response, and high thermal capacityplus, it's resurfacable, giving it an even longer life span. You should note that noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) may be introduced due to the reduction of rotational mass.
