The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2114D-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly specifically designed for the 2002 Jeep Liberty equipped with the 3.7L engine, ABS, and Posi Traction Limited Slip Differential. This assembly features a robust Chrysler 8.25-inch ring gear with a 4.11 gear ratio. Each Zumbrota axle assembly is rebuilt to high standards, undergoing thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, and carriers, are meticulously inspected and tested. To ensure longevity and reliability, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are set for optimal tooth contact, correct rolling torque, and proper backlash for quiet operation and lubrication. The axle tubes are also inspected to meet OEM straightness standards.
