The Zumbrota RAA434-121A is a remanufactured Chrysler 9.25" front axle assembly, precisely rebuilt to exacting quality standards for precision and reliability. This assembly is designed as a standard replacement for 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models with a 3.42 gear ratio. During the remanufacturing process, each axle assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including the ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. Crucially, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, set using inch-pound measurements for precision setup and longevity.
