The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1752C-P is a remanufactured axle assembly engineered for Chrysler 9.25" differentials, specifically fitting 1994-1997 Dodge Van 3500 models with a 3.90 gear ratio. This complete unit is rebuilt to exacting standards, ensuring precision and long-term reliability. Each Zumbrota axle assembly undergoes a rigorous inspection process. This includes checking axle tubes for straightness, inspecting housings for surface wear and cracks, and a 100% inspection of all internal components such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. To guarantee optimal performance, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The gears are meticulously set for correct tooth contact patterns and rolling torque, measured in inch-pounds, with precise backlash set for quiet operation and proper lubrication. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process for both internal and external parts. This deep cleaning process restores housings to an OEM finish, setting a high standard for remanufactured axle assemblies.
