Constructed from extra-thick, one-piece 0.058" diamond-plate aluminum, this chest box offers superior strength and rigidity. Its patented RigidCore™ foam-filled lid maximizes strength, resists bending and warping, and ensures smooth operation. Security is paramount with stainless steel, key-operated paddle handles and an internal connecting rod that allows convenient opening from either the driver or passenger side. A MicroSeal™ gasket helps seal out moisture, dust, and dirt, protecting valuables from the elements. The lid self-opens to a full 90 degrees for easy access, equipped with self-opening struts for convenient use even when your hands are full. This utility chest box also features an interior rod enclosure to prevent the lock system from bending or jamming.
