Overview
This surface-mount breaker features a "Trip Free" design, meaning it cannot be held closed during a fault current condition. It also includes an easy-to-see yellow reset lever that indicates when the circuit is open. The unit is ignition protected per SAE J1171 and waterproof to IP67 standards, offering protection against immersion in water.
As a drop-in replacement for the 185-series, this breaker has an interrupt capacity of 3000A at 48V. It is suitable for use as a primary circuit breaker with batteries up to 1100 CCA or 255 Amp Hours, though larger batteries may require an upgrade to the 187 Series breakers.
