The Crutchfield CK8 is an 8-gauge amplifier wiring kit, engineered to provide a safe and efficient power supply for your car audio amplifier. This kit contains the essential wire and hardware needed for a reliable installation, ensuring your amplifier receives the power it deserves. The wiring is constructed from oxygen-free copper, which minimizes resistance and prevents signal interference, adhering to both ANSI and Consumer Technology Association (CTA-2015) standards for quality. For protection and organized installation, the CK8 includes a brass mini-ANL fuse holder. It comes equipped with two 50A fuses, offering a total fuse rating of 100A to safeguard your system against short circuits and power surges. This kit is suitable for powering Class AB amplifiers with a combined total output of up to 700 watts RMS, or Class D amplifiers up to 1,100 watts RMS. It's important to note that this kit contains power wiring only and does not include RCA patch cables or speaker wire, which must be purchased separately to complete the audio system setup.
