The Howards Camshaft Lifter Kit CL220325-10E is a hydraulic roller camshaft and lifter kit engineered for 1985-2002 Small Block Ford 5.0L / 302 H.O. engines. This camshaft is designed to provide a rough idle, street/strip performance, and a strong mid-range power output, operating effectively within a 2000 to 6200 RPM range. Constructed with the highest grade cores available, all Howards camshafts undergo Rockwell checking and are Parkerized to ensure rigorous quality control standards. This specific camshaft features a 0.560-inch intake lift and a 0.565-inch exhaust lift, with an advertised intake duration of 278 degrees and an advertised exhaust duration of 286 degrees. The duration at 50% lift is 225 degrees for the intake and 233 degrees for the exhaust, with a lobe separation angle of 110 degrees and a valve setting of hydraulic. A 2500+ stall converter is recommended for optimal performance. It is important to note that stock (O.E.) valve springs cannot be used with this camshaft. This kit is intended for OE Roller Applications and includes both the camshaft and the lifter kit (PN 91213).
