Description

The Sea Dog CL828-70 Aero Base is a compact and wear-resistant cleat designed for rigging applications. This version features a becket for rigging with a 4:1 ratio advantage. It is lightweight and adjustable by hand, requiring no tools for adjustment.

The cleat is constructed from strong aluminum and nylon materials, with UV-stabilized nylon cleats and hard-anodized aluminum cleats. It is suitable for various uses including sports netting, sun sails, canvas structures, tie-downs, radio masts, and aerials. It is also noted as race legal for tensioning the forestay on the Mirror dinghy.
