MIA's Description

The United Engine & Machine Co. 9911HC.040 is a set of hypereutectic pistons designed for Chevrolet Small Block V8 engines. These pistons feature a 23-degree flat-top design with two valve reliefs and a 4.165" cylinder bore. They are intended for use with a 3.750" crankshaft stroke and a 5.700" connecting rod, resulting in a 409ci displacement.

Constructed from a Hypereutectic 390 alloy with 16% silicon, these pistons offer improved durability over standard cast pistons, typically lasting 3 to 4 seasons. They come with a T-5 heat treat, coated skirts, and CNC machined pin bores for accuracy. The set includes pins and Tru-Arc lock rings for press-fit or floating pin applications, and features 5/64", 5/64", 3/16" ring grooves.
