Class 4 Ball Mount, 2" Drop / 1" Rise

The CURT Class 4 Ball Mount is engineered for heavy-duty towing applications and is built to complement CURT Class 4 trailer hitches. It features a robust construction with a solid steel shank for maximum strength, ensuring reliability when towing large trailers such as boats, RVs, or livestock trailers. This ball mount is designed for precise trailer leveling, offering either a 2-inch drop or a 1-inch rise by simply flipping the shank. It is equipped with a 1-1/4 inch hole to accommodate a trailer ball shank of the same size. The unit's construction involves CNC forming, robotic welding, and mechanical descaling for a precise fit, all finished with a gloss black powder coat to provide superior resistance against rust, chips, and UV damage. Key specifications include a Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) capacity of 12,000 lbs. and a Tongue Weight (TW) rating of 1,200 lbs. The shank is designed to fit into a 2" x 2" receiver tube opening. Important notes for installation and use: a trailer ball and hitch pin are sold separately. This product comes with a limited lifetime warranty, which includes a one-year warranty on the finish and parts.
