The Kenwood KAC-D5101 is a Class D monoblock amplifier engineered to provide a powerful and compact solution for upgrading your car audio system. Its small size makes it exceptionally versatile, allowing for installation in vehicles where space is limited, without sacrificing cargo room or requiring visible installations. This amplifier boasts a maximum power output of 1000W and delivers 300W RMS at 4 ohms or 500W RMS at 2 ohms. For seamless integration, the KAC-D5101 includes speaker-level inputs and a signal-sensing turn-on feature, simplifying connection to factory audio systems. It is equipped with a variable high-pass filter and a variable low-pass crossover with a steep 24dB/octave slope, adjustable from 50Hz to 200Hz. Additionally, a variable bass boost feature allows for up to 18dB of enhancement at 40Hz. Key specifications include a frequency response of 20Hz - 200Hz, a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 85dB, and a pre-amp voltage of 5 volts. It requires an 8-gauge power wire and has dual 20A fuses. The compact dimensions are (W)6-11/16” x (H)2-3/16” x (D)7-3/8”, with a weight of only 2.9 lbs.
