The Trail-Gear Classic 79-95 Toyota High Steer Kit is engineered to enhance the steering capabilities of off-road vehicles, particularly for rock crawling where stock steering components often fail under the demands of extreme suspension articulation. This kit provides a robust solution to prevent broken steering arms and maintain steering control. It also features a heavy-duty pitman arm and heavy-duty .250 wall steering rods, paired with FJ80 tie rod ends for a precise and reliable connection. Specifically designed for 1979-1995 Toyota Pickups and 1985-1995 Toyota 4Runners equipped with a Toyota Solid Front Axle Housing, this high steer kit is critical for optimizing steering performance. It's important to note that the flat steering arm kit option requires custom mounting hardware, which is not included. Additionally, while the kit offers exceptional quality, the included rod ends are not covered by Trail-Gear's No Questions Asked Lifetime Warranty. This product also includes a California Proposition 65 warning regarding cancer and reproductive harm.
