The LuK 04-113 Transmission Clutch Kit is engineered as an OE direct replacement, offering a bolt-on fit with no modifications required for Chevrolet Corvette models from 1989-1993. The kit includes a pull-type diaphragm pressure plate for consistent engagement and release. The clutch disc measures 10-15/16 inches in diameter and features 26 splines that precisely match the 1-1/8 inch input shaft diameter. The clutch plate facing outer diameter is 11 inches, supporting effective friction and heat dissipation. The included components consist of the cover assembly, clutch disc, all necessary pilot components, and an accessory pack to facilitate a complete installation. Notably, the release bearing is not included. Installation notes recommend ensuring the spline count matches the input shaft diameter, using the provided pilots and accessory pack for alignment, and inspecting the flywheel for wear or damage. It is also advised to follow manufacturer torque specifications for the pressure plate bolts and test clutch pedal operation after installation.
