The Action Clutch Stage 2 (1KS) clutch kit is designed for street/track applications (occasional track use – circuit / time attack / road racing) and offers a 110% increased holding capacity over factory kits. It features a reinforced Steel-Backed segmented Kevlar friction material for superior strength and a single diaphragm heavy-duty pressure plate that provides an OEM-like pedal feel with smooth engagement after proper break-in. The Kevlar material offers extended lifespan, buttery smooth engagement, and excellent heat dissipation. This kit is suitable for basic bolt-on setups or more extensive engine modifications, but it is not recommended for drag racing or drifting. Action Clutch utilizes a patented fully enclosed spring retainer system to prevent spring pop-out failures. All kits are hand-assembled and quality-checked in the USA by experienced engineers.
