Action Clutch's Stage 4 (1MD) Clutch Kit is engineered for race applications including drag, road, and drift racing. It features a heavy-duty single diaphragm pressure plate, reinforced drive straps, and an unsprung MIBA Ceramic disc (available in 4 or 6 puck options). This kit provides a 170% increased holding capacity over the factory clutch and is designed for peak performance and extreme durability in low to mild horsepower vehicles. All kits are 100% hand-assembled in the USA and quality-checked by experienced engineers. This kit also includes a lightened flywheel. Proper 500-mile street break-in (under 4500 RPM, no more than half-throttle, no boost) is required for warranty, longevity, and holding capacity. Ceramic clutch discs provide increased holding capacity and durability but may lead to quicker wear with easy street driving due to harsher engagement. Unsprung clutch kits are not recommended for daily/street use or constant on/off engagement.
