Action Clutch's Stage 3 (1MS) Clutch Kit is engineered for challenging conditions, featuring a heavy-duty single diaphragm pressure plate, reinforced drive straps, and a Sprung MIBA Ceramic (available in a 4 or 6 puck) disc. This kit delivers peak performance and extreme durability for low to mild horsepower vehicles, offering a 170% increased holding capacity over the factory kit. It is suitable for heavy-duty street use and occasional drag/road/drift racing. The kit includes patented, fully enclosed spring retainers for added safety and protection against engine or transmission damage. A proper break-in period of 500 street miles is required, keeping RPMs under 4500, no more than half-throttle, and no boost (if applicable), to maintain product warranty and ensure longevity and holding capacity. The Sprung MIBA Ceramic clutch kit provides quicker engagement and may introduce some clutch chatter, which should minimize after proper break-in.
