Specifically, models like the 2002-2006 Acura RSX DC5, 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si (EP3), 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si (FG2/FA5), 2012-2015 Honda Civic Si (requires clevis switch), 2004-2008 Acura TSX, and 2003-2007 Honda Accord often feature a triangular feedback plate on their CMC. This plate acts as a secondary valve to slow clutch engagement and reduce drivetrain shock, which can be detrimental in performance applications by causing wear to synchros and gears due to delayed engagement. This upgrade kit completely replaces the problematic factory cylinder, offering real-time clutch engagement essential for faster shifting. It includes a direct-fit replacement CMC, a high-pressure 3AN clutch line, and all required fittings for a comprehensive installation. The factory clutch fluid reservoir is utilized and connected as per stock configuration. Installation is described as straightforward, involving the replacement of parts and bleeding the system with fresh clutch fluid. It is recommended to check the slave cylinder on the transmission for leaks prior to installation. This kit is exclusively for LHD (Left-Hand Drive) vehicles and K-Series engines.
