The Hybrid Racing clutch release system upgrade kit provides a complete solution for improving clutch pedal feel and shifting performance. This kit replaces the factory clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, and clutch line, addressing common reliability issues associated with newer car designs. The OE JDM slave cylinder included in the kit is free of a clutch delay valve or dampener, which can lead to grinding during hard shifts due to slow fluid transfer. By adopting an older, more efficient system design, this upgrade offers a more consistent and direct clutch pedal feel, enabling crisper shifting, even at high RPMs. Key components include an OE Genuine JDM EM1 Clutch Master Cylinder, a Stainless Steel Braided Clutch Line, and an OE Genuine JDM Slave Cylinder, along with necessary banjo fittings and washers. For optimal performance and longevity, the manufacturer recommends using genuine Honda MTF in the manual transmission and DOT4 or high-temp brake fluid in the clutch system, with frequent fluid changes. Some modifications may be necessary depending on the specific application. This kit is compatible with 1994-2001 Acura Integra (K Swap), 1992-1995 Honda Civic (K Swap), 1996-2000 Honda Civic (K Swap), and 1993-1997 Honda Del Sol (K Swap) models.
