The Clutch Masters FX400 (6-puck) is an ultra heavy-duty street and racing clutch system. It offers a 170% increase in holding capacity over stock. This system utilizes a Power Plus I, Hi-Leverage, Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate paired with a custom and extremely durable, Sprung Ceramic disc. The 6-puck ceramic paddle design provides quick and rapid engagement, and due to its solid (no Marcel) friction rivet design, it may cause some chatter in first and reverse. It's designed for long life, outstanding holding capacity, and rapid heat dissipation. It is recommended for vehicles with increased horsepower and not for stock or near-stock applications due to its harsh engagement characteristics.
