Kevlar sprung-hub friction disc for extended life and more holding power than organic. The Clutch Masters FX200 performance clutch uses a full-face Kevlar disc that works better under harsh conditions than organic and lasts 2-3 times longer. Kevlar's best attribute is its low wear to the clutch material and to related components (flywheel and pressure plate). Clutch Master's advanced pressure plate gives up to 70% more holding capacity without any more pedal pressure than stock. This Kit uses a sprung-hub disc that must be used with a single mass flywheel. The CM4 kit uses a non-self adjusting pressure plate that produces a more connected and direct engagement feel. The FX200 is best used on mildly-tuned naturally aspirated Z4M models. It works best in a sport street, autocross, or light track environment where you want extra grip and low wear. A 500 mile break-in is required and essential for smooth engagement. Kit includes Kevlar sprung clutch disc, Hi-LeverageTM pressure plate, HD throw-out bearing, and clutch alignment tool.
