Clutch Masters 725 Series Twin Disc clutch systems are high-performance multi-plate kits designed for racing and high-horsepower street applications. They offer increased clamping force, significantly higher torque capacity (estimated 700 ft.lbs.), and an average 50% increase in pedal pressure. The cover assembly is machined from billet aluminum, providing 25% more tensile strength. This 725 series is a 7.25" (184mm) twin disc assembly, reducing rotating mass for quicker, smoother shifting and improved throttle response, ideal for drag racing. This specific kit (TD7R) includes two ceramic rigid discs, a steel flywheel (machined from 1045 billet cores, black oxide treated), and a hydraulic slave cylinder. Features Clutch Masters' QR System for smooth engagement and reduced chatter. Aluminum flywheels (machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum to meet SFI spec 1.2) are available for other applications.
