Clutch Masters 74-78 Nissan 280Z FX500 Rigid Ceramic Single Disc Clutch Kit

The Clutch Masters FX500 (6-puck) Single Disc Clutch Kit offers 200-400% increased holding capacity and is designed for race applications only. It features a Power Plus II Pressure Plate and a solid (rigid, unsprung) center 6-puck ceramic button disc. The FX500 disc is engineered for outstanding holding capacity and rapid heat dissipation. It provides quick and rapid engagement but also produces clutch chatter, making it not recommended for street use. Custom full drag race FX500 systems with Sintered Iron friction material are available for extreme conditions. The kit includes the disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing (if applicable), and an alignment tool. It is SFI Certified to spec 1.2 for competition in NHRA, NDRA, IDRC, IHRA, SCCA, and NASA.
