The Clutch Masters FX250 System utilizes a Power Plus I Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate and a hybrid friction disc. This disc incorporates Fiber Tough friction material on the pressure plate side and steel-backed organic friction material on the flywheel side. This design is engineered for street enthusiasts and weekend racers who engage in spirited driving and occasional vehicle abuse. It provides enhanced holding capacity compared to traditional full-faced kevlar clutches, while maintaining street-friendly characteristics. Clutch Masters employs their Hi-Leverage™ technique to increase clamping power without significantly increasing pedal pressure.
