The Clutch Masters H3-12/250 is a replacement friction disc designed for use with aluminum flywheels. It features a steel construction and utilizes Clutch Masters' Hi-Leveragetm technique.

This technique re-engineers the leverage point on the pressure plate to increase clamping power, often without increasing pedal pressure. This aims to prevent issues like premature thrust bearing wear, missed shifts, and damage to clutch components that can arise from excessive pedal effort.
