The Rekluse Core Manual Torq-Drive clutch kit is engineered to provide superior performance, tuning, and durability for the Kawasaki KX450F. By utilizing a high-density friction disk design, this kit adds up to four additional friction disks within the same space as the stock unit, effectively increasing torque capacity and allowing riders to fully harness their engine's power without needing heavy, high-tension pressure plate springs. It also features proprietary clutch basket sleeves that prevent basket wear and notching, ensuring a smoother engagement and longer service life. Note that these basket sleeves are not applicable to KTM or Husqvarna models, and this specific kit is intended for 2006-2015 Kawasaki KX450F applications. Installation requires the removal of the stock pressure plate, clutch pack, and center clutch hub to accommodate the Core components. Because this is a high-performance drivetrain component, professional installation is recommended to ensure proper setup and to tailor the lever pull feel to your specific engine tuning.
