The TB Parts TBW1035 is a clutch plate kit designed for the Kawasaki KLX110, KLX110L, DRZ110, and Z125 models. It features Kevlar fibers for improved grabbing power and dimpled steel plates for additional friction. The kit includes clutch springs that are 30% heavier than OEM springs to help hold more power from performance upgrades. These can also be used as factory replacements.

The TB Parts TBW1035 clutch plate kit is engineered to enhance the performance and durability of your Kawasaki KLX110, KLX110L, DRZ110, and Z125's clutch system. This kit replaces OEM cork and rubber fiber plates with advanced Kevlar fibers, significantly improving grabbing power and the ability to handle increased engine output. Complementing the Kevlar plates are dimpled steel plates, which provide an additional layer of friction material for more robust engagement. The kit also includes clutch springs that are 30% stronger than standard OEM springs. The clutch springs offer flexibility in application. For stock applications and basic 143cc engine kits, two heavy-duty springs are recommended. For setups up to 155cc, using four heavy-duty springs alongside two OEM springs is suggested; not all six heavy-duty springs are typically needed. It's important to note that increasing the number of heavy-duty springs will result in a firmer clutch lever pull and potentially harder shifting. This kit can also serve as a direct factory replacement for those seeking to refresh their stock clutch.
