Lokar Floor Mount Shifters are designed to mount directly to the floor of a vehicle and connect to the transmission lever using a solid linkage. They are especially useful for utilizing existing holes in the floor or console, or for installations in finished cars as they typically only require four mounting holes and a slot for the Quad Shift Lever. The shifter kit includes mounting hardware, a neutral safety switch, and detailed installation instructions. Customers can choose their preferred shifter lever and knob combination from various options (straight, single bend, double bend, or bench bend levers in various lengths, and a wide array of push-button or classic-style knobs). Safety features include a positive lock-out mechanism in Park and Neutral, and a properly wired neutral safety switch to prevent starting in gear.
