Description

Replacement/upgrade for the throttle valve (TV) cable on Ford AOD transmissions. Transmits throttle position information to the transmission, influencing internal pressure, shifting, and shift points. Proper TV pressure (30-35 psi) is crucial for longevity. Kit may include an aluminum adjuster/spacer for pressure setting. Some installations may benefit from a geometry corrector for Holley carburetors and a supplementary return spring on the TV arm.
