For over three decades, Lokar has been providing superior craftsmanship, design, and safety features in their shifters. Safety is the primary consideration in their designs, whether for hot rods, street rods, trucks, muscle cars, or off-road vehicles. Lokar offers a wide range of shifters with various options, including radical 32” levers to short throw options, multiple finishes, styles, and knob options. They also offer manual shifter levers and replacement parts.

Lokar's push-button shifters are designed to prevent accidental shifting into reverse from park or neutral with an exclusive safety lock-out button. These are available for most GM, Ford, and Chrysler automatic transmissions in case mount, tail mount, floor mount, and cable-operated floor mount configurations.

The Electronic Sport Mode Shifter allows manual control of the transmission. Clayton Machine Works Gated Shifters, available in floor mount, feature a gated style with a side detent shift pattern and options for lever and knob. These are also available for most GM, Ford & Chrysler transmissions.

Lokar also offers high-quality column shift linkage kits for GM style factory or aftermarket columns. Their transmission shifters feature a positive lock-out in park and neutral, a neutral safety switch, and lever adjustments for dash and seat clearance.

Accessories include easy-to-remove shift knobs (automatic and manual), manual shift levers, replacement levers, LED backlit shift indicators, and Naugahyde shift boot sets and rings. Shifter conversion kits are also available to convert automatic transmission shifters from rod linkage to cable operation.

Additionally, Lokar offers PTFE-lined Flexible Braided Stainless transmission dipsticks with heat-resistant E-Z to Read flexible inner dipstick measuring cable, billet aluminum handles, and fittings. Anchor-Tight® locking dipsticks are available for heavy-duty applications.
