The Johnson Pump CM100 series are compact, magnetically driven (seal-less) centrifugal pumps with a DC brushless motor designed for a 40,000-hour service life. They offer high flow rates with very low electric current consumption. Engineered to provide high flow at significant back pressure, they are ideal for demanding liquid cooling applications in hybrid and full-electric buses, trains, and various commercial vehicles. The robust design ensures reliability in strenuous environments, including agricultural, construction, mining equipment, and on/off-road vehicles. CM100 pumps feature IP6K9K and IP67 ratings, ensuring waterproof, dustproof, and resistance to salt and high-pressure/steam jet cleaning. They are also shock and vibration tested. Metal construction provides a UL 94 Class V0 flammability rating, meeting stringent train application requirements. The CM100HP model has a cast aluminum pump housing with a 25mm (1") port diameter.
