CNC-Ported Cylinder Heads

The Lingenfelter L92CNC-PAIR represents a significant upgrade for performance-oriented LS3 and L92 engines. These cylinder heads are a CNC-ported version of the L92/LS3 aluminum cylinder head, originally found on 2008-2013 production 6.2L Chevrolet Corvettes and Camaro SS models, as well as various 2007-2008 L92/L76 6.2L and 6.0L GM trucks. Lingenfelter's in-house 5-axis CNC machining process precisely duplicates the details of their hand-ported master heads. This computer-controlled operation ensures consistent port and chamber configurations, reducing the high cost associated with traditional hand porting while achieving superior and repeatable results. The process includes a precision 3-angle valve job for maximum flow and extended life, CC checking for correct compression, deck surfacing for flatness, deburring, pressure testing, professional assembly, spring height setting, tolerance checks, and serial numbering. These CNC-ported heads feature an increased intake runner volume of 275cc compared to the stock GM 261cc, and an increased exhaust runner volume of 93cc from the stock 89cc. The base package includes porting of your supplied cylinder heads, utilizing stock 2.165" intake valves and stock 1.59" exhaust valves. Options for valve spring upgrades, such as .650" lift titanium retainers, and guide replacements are available. Flow numbers measured on a 4.125" bore show significant gains, with intake flow reaching 282 cfm at .400" lift and exhaust flow reaching 201 cfm at .400" lift.
