CNC Ported LSX LS7 Cylinder Head

The Lingenfelter CNC Ported GMPP LSX LS7 Cylinder Head is an LPE CNC ported version of the GMPP LSX LS7 aluminum cylinder head, designed for custom builds or applications not using the standard LS7 head. This six-bolt head is compatible with C6 Z06 Corvette LS7 blocks, GMPP LSX cast iron blocks, and RHS aluminum blocks, offering performance comparable to Lingenfelter's 630 and 660 horsepower C6 Z06 engine packages. Each head undergoes in-house CNC porting to ensure precise tolerances. The process includes a precision 3-angle valve job for maximum flow and longevity, chamber CC checking for accurate compression, deck surfacing for flatness, and professional assembly with spring height setting. This cylinder head features 272 CC intake runners and 90 CC exhaust runners. Flow specifications are provided for various valve lifts, with peak intake flow at .690 lift being 396 cfm and peak exhaust flow at .690 lift being 242 cfm. The base package includes new GMPP LSX LS7 cylinder heads (PN 19201806), GM LS7 2.205" titanium intake valves, GM LS7 1.615" hollow-stemmed sodium-filled exhaust valves, stock LS7 valve springs, retainers, locks, and GM valve seals. For those planning to use Lingenfelter GT-19 or GT-21 camshafts, upgrading to Lingenfelter or Ferrea double valve springs, titanium retainers, and valve locks is recommended. Additional components required for installation include 10-11mm and 13-8mm head bolts, sold separately for six-bolt applications. A minimum 4.100" bore is required for valve clearance, and GM lash caps for the titanium intake valves are not included. Prices shown are for a single cylinder head.
