You decide which pitch is best for your needs at each campsite. Requires a flat mounting area of 67" x 3.5" from awning rail down Steep pitch model is for taller motorhomes and 5th wheels or gooseneck trailers, where a steep pitch provides more shade. If mounting over an entrance door, you must have at least 14 1/2" of clearance between the top of the door and the awning rail. Each arm requires a mounting area at least 3 1/2" wide by 59 1/2" tall.
