Carefree of Colorado has been manufacturing RV Awnings since 1971, offering a comprehensive line of awnings for Motor Homes, Travel Trailers, Folding Camping Trailers, and Truck Campers. Their awnings are available in both electric (12v or 110v) and manual (crank or pull-out) configurations. Electric models can feature Direct Response Electronics for automatic retraction based on motion sensors, and some include remote control capabilities. Manual awnings are offered in widths from 8 feet to 25 feet and common extension heights of 8 feet, with some reaching up to 10 feet. Certain models also provide dual pitch or adjustable pitch options for optimal sun blocking. Customers can choose from three hardware colors: black, white, or satin. Over 100 fabric colors and patterns are available in materials such as Vinyl, Polyweave Vinyl, Premium Vinyl, and Acrylic. To protect the fabric from the elements, Carefree offers three Weatherguards: Uniguard, Alumaguard, and FLXguard Weatherguards.
