It mounts to the floor on the transmission tunnel using exclusive mounting brackets. It includes three arms for offset mounting (especially helpful when mounting through existing consoles). It retains all the same outstanding features of the transmission-mounted shifter. When selecting a shifter boot, a rectangular style Shifter Boot is recommended with a floor mount shifter.
