The Cobb Gen 2 Front Mount Intercooler Kit features a highly efficient 24"x6.5"x3.5" bar and plate aluminum core with cast-aluminum end-tanks. It includes 2.5" mandrel-bent, wrinkle-black powder-coated aluminum tubing with formed ends to prevent hose blow-off. Five-ply silicone couplers and stainless steel t-bolt clamps ensure secure and leak-free connections. This kit is designed for precise fitment on the 2010-2013 Mazda Mazdaspeed 3, retaining the stock crash-bar and requiring no cutting of the front bumper cover, only minor trimming of the front undertray. The intercooler core has a striking silver coating with casted COBB logos on the end tanks.
