Cobb 2020 Ford F-150 EcoBoost 3.5L Stage 2 Power Package - Silver (Factory Location Intercooler)

The COBB Stage 2 Redline Carbon Fiber Power Package for the Ford F-150 Ecoboost 3.5L is designed to significantly increase horsepower. It includes an Accessport V3 for ECU flashing and real-time parameter monitoring, a COBB Intake System with 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, and a black front-mount intercooler. The intake features a bespoke carbon fiber airbox lid, a reusable dual-inlet, high-flow filter offering 165% additional surface area over stock, black 4-ply silicone couplers, and black e-coated stainless steel clamps. The intercooler is a cast aluminum, TIG-welded assembly with a core 70% larger than stock and 10% more cooling surface area, designed with computational fluid dynamic analysis for optimal airflow. It also includes two flat sections in the casting for potential water/methanol injection or as a drain port.
