Cobb Subaru 02-07 WRX 5MT Stage 1+ Drivetrain Package w/Tall Shifter

Enhance the driving experience in your vehicle by upgrading to the COBB Tuning Stage 1 Drivetrain Package. This package combines the COBB Tuning Adjustable Tall Short Throw Shifter along with COBB Tuning's Front and Rear Shifter Bushings to not only eliminate the excessive play in your shifter but to shorten the shift for faster and more accurate shifts. The body of the shifter has been CNC machined from 6061 Aluminum, and it comes provided with steel socket head screws which are set in a counter bore for a flush mount which secures the upper and lower slider shafts in place. This will allow for easy independent adjustment of the shift knob height as well as the shifter throw length while being strong enough for those of you who shift with extreme prejudice. The shifter bushings consist of 95 durometer urethane front bushings and an 85 durometer urethane rear bushing to restore and reinforce the shifter feel in your vehicle. Over time and mileage, you may notice that your shifter has developed excessive play because the factory bushings become soft and weak. The COBB Tuning bushings are made from a long lasting durable material that will provide you with years of performance. Additionally, this package will come with COBB's black shift knob with a red anodized base with white lettering. If you're mechanically inclined, these components can be installed with simple hand tools.
