The PRL Motorsports Cobra Cold Air Intake System is an induction upgrade designed for the 2016-2021 Honda Civic Non-Si 1.5T. It features a CNC machined billet aluminum MAF Housing that maintains factory-spec fuel trims without requiring a tune when using the Standard Bore MAF housing. The system includes a high-flow oiled cone air filter and silicone intake hoses.

The PRL Motorsports Cobra Cold Air Intake System is engineered to enhance performance and engine safety for the 2016-2021 Honda Civic Non-Si 1.5T models, including those with the Honda Sensing Package. This system utilizes a CNC-machined billet aluminum MAF Housing, available in Standard Bore or Big Bore options. The Standard Bore MAF housing is specifically designed to deliver factory-spec fuel trims (within -4% of factory STFT & LTFT) without the need for any ECU calibration, ensuring optimal drivability and performance. The Big Bore housing offers a 50% larger air volume, which requires a tune (like Hondata or KTuner with a Big Bore MAF basemap calibration) for optimal results. The system includes a PRL Motorsports High Flow Oiled Cone Air Filter, 4-ply silicone intake hoses, and an HDPE rotomolded lower intake tube. Performance gains of up to 15 horsepower and 12 ft-lb of torque are achievable with the Standard Bore MAF housing without a tune. For models in Spain, Turkey, and other regions with a factory CVT cooler, this intake is not compatible. This intake system is 50-state legal under CARB EO D-878-5.
