The Ford Racing M-2300-K is a Cobra Disc Brake Conversion Kit designed to significantly improve braking performance. This kit upgrades your vehicle to 1993 Cobra "R"/1994 Cobra specifications.

It includes 13.0-inch front rotors and 11.65-inch rear rotors, front spindles, 28-spline rear axle shafts, front hubs, and front and rear calipers with mounting brackets. The components were first used on the 1993 Mustang Cobra R.

The Ford Racing M-2300-K Cobra Disc Brake Conversion Kit is engineered to provide a substantial upgrade in braking performance, bringing your vehicle up to the specifications of the 1993 Mustang Cobra R and 1994 Cobra models. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary components for a full conversion. You'll receive large 13.0-inch front rotors and 11.65-inch rear rotors, which work in conjunction with the included front spindles, front and rear calipers, and mounting brackets. The kit also features 28-spline rear axle shafts and front hubs to ensure proper fitment and function. A crucial consideration for road use is the requirement for a 5-lug, 4.5-inch diameter spare wheel and tire that can clear both the front and rear calipers. The 1994-95 Cobra mini spare is specifically mentioned as a compatible option. This upgrade offers a noticeable improvement in stopping power, transforming the braking experience from drum to disc systems.
