MIA's Description

The Cognito Motorsports 110-91411 is an Xtreme Duty Idler Pivot & Gusset Kit designed to upgrade the steering system of compatible Chevrolet and GMC heavy-duty trucks. It replaces the factory idler pivot with a more robust assembly to reduce steering play and improve centering return.

Constructed from high-strength cast steel with a stainless-steel spindle, this kit features greasable, sealed tapered roller bearings for enhanced stability. It also includes a quarter-inch steel plate gusset to reinforce the idler support frame, preventing deformation under heavy loads or lifted conditions.
