The internal damper housing is reinforced with a multi-layered pressure-resistant sealing package, a mono-block guide system, and a low-friction piston band, ensuring durability and consistent performance. These ST X coilovers are meticulously tuned by vehicle dynamics engineers in Germany, with dampers and spring rates matched to each vehicle's specific application. Each damper is hand-built by KW experts and tested on a shock dyno to confirm proper force output before packaging.
